This property is almost new and you would NEVER know it!! Unsupervised kids are always on the stairs throwing trash everywhere, there have been Car break ins and the office staff needs to take a class in customer service. I would not recommend these apartments.

If you want to see the police reports for Carrington Place Apartments, go here: http://www.gwinnettcounty.com/cgi-bin/gwincty/egov/ep/gcbro . The state of Georgia maintains an open records policy, so I would definitely check this out before moving here.
There may be worse places and there may be better. By checking the police reports for different complexes, you can get unbiased feedback and make a logical decision.
