No, we do not place "fake" opinions, nor do we respond to negative remarks through this avenue. Although we cannot control the content of this website, we do NOT in any way support negative feedback regarding the unsatisfied residents that see fit to vent their problems on this site. It is their choice to do so, as it is also the choice of happy, satisfied residents, pleased with our performance to do the same.
We welcome any opportunity to improve our service and procedures. We understand that this website is subject to fraud and to disgruntled former residents or unscrupulous competitors, however we choose to view any negative or disparaging remarks as an opportunity to continue working hard to be the best!!
