I've lived here for 4 years now, seen many people come and go. Many problems as expected, usually solutions followed. Many things changed about one year ago. Many of the older, more mature, responsible tennants were pushed out and basically replaced with young, obnoxious, rude, selfish tennants that do not care about anyone or anything but themselves. A community that was once nice, quiet, safe for all ages to play and walk animals has now become very loud with people apt music loud cars thumping though. Our kids can no longer be outside without adult supervision because of the people flying though in there cars. Every weekend seems like an endless loud party ending only with police or even fire departments having to shut down parties. Our kids can no longer be at the pool because of the endless amount of people coming in between 9:00am and 10:00pm (most not living here)with their booze, foul language and partying. We all like a good party, but there is also a time and a place. When you live 10 feet from someone you might need to find another place for your party.
We have had many cars broken into. (again living in an apartment that will happen). Management seems to turn a blind eye. Apartments have been broken into. This is usually swept under the rug. Every step that is taken you must watch or you will step in dog poop. ITS EVERYWHERE. Parking is a complete nightmare, many cars taking up 2 spaces. Again management turns a blind eye. I could go on with many things but I'll just stop there.
What once was a very nice, friendly, quiet apartment community that I recommended to many people has now turned into a place that most people will truly regret moving into. Check you local police department for records and see for yourself before you move in.
It is truly sad that the management has let it get to the point its at now.

Oh also, we drive really nice cars and I've left my purse in mine numerous times and my boyfriend has forgotten his wallet in him many times, and no one has ever taken them.

Ummm extacly what kind of car do you own (anonoymous) and by the way what's your license plate number and apartment number. I would just like to drive by and keep and eye on your purse and wallet for you. Oh umm can you leave the key to your apartment under your door mat. Thaaaaanx.
