Child Rape in Carrington Place Apartments

Had I known about the child rape going on in this complex I would have moved sooner. I could put up with noise, and drug dealing doesn't bother me as long as it is removed, but child rape is unacceptable. Shame on the management for letting so much crime go on. Read these AJC articles:

I'm pretty sure the management didn't know this was going on. How could they have? Ridiculous allegation.
