We love it here. We moved in just before Colonial bought it in 2004. It's only got better. The maintenance is great and the staff is awesome. Although, the phones go to voicemail a lot, but I'm sure they are busy too. I miss the old manager, Dan...but the new person, Kelly seems okay. It's the best place I've lived in Atlanta and nothing else in Gwinnett looks like this, especially for the price. My neighbors are great too.
