Staff is horrible to deal with, if there is ever one available, which is usually not very often. Especially rental manager, Kelly. Good luck dealing with this woman. She's nothing nice. Do not let the pictures and the description of these apartments fool you, they are not what you see and read.
All current renters, if you plan to move, please get a copy of your move out inspection, because they will not offer it to you, and then weeks later, you will receive a bill for damages that was not there when you moved out. Be aware of this, because they will not give you a copy of your move out inspection.

Didn't you do a move-out inspection/walk through with the management prior to leaving your apartment? This is common sense...and your fault! I'm sure they would have done it with you so you could dispute any items.
