Not bad if you can stand apartment life

This apartment complex is better than most but still an apartment complex. I had no major problems in the four months I lived here except for noisy neighbors above me. I never felt like the place was unsafe and if you can stand some noise it's nice. Get a backside top floor apartment if you want quiet.
The pros are:
Low population density compared to others.
Nice nature views and park areas.
Nice playground for kids.
Entire complex has barbed wire fence.
Gate is pretty secure.
People are mostly friendly.
Apartments are big and well designed.
House alarm with chime but not connected to windows!
People put up Christmas decorations.
No loud partying.
The cons:
Floors not insulated so you can hear people walking above you.
Some littering and not picking up after dogs.
Staff is friendly but way overworked.
Third world influx similar to overall city.
Some bugs but not serious.
Some people let their dogs bark but if you complain the office will speak to them.
Price they charge for water is a rip off.
