I have been a resident here for 3 years now. I just want to say that Kellie you are missed. Suzy is good but slow and she cna't remember what she promised you (I think she's in over her head). If you had the good fortune to work with Kellie then you know what I mean - she took the time to talk to you and make sure she understood your needs. She always followed up with me if I had a problem that was more than typical. In the past 6 months though I have seen a steady decline in Sugarloaf - the quality of resident here is going down and the noise is increasing. The ground are okay but not as good as they were a year ago (what happened because its still George and Tim). There are absolutely no functions here - Kellie used to have them every couple of months and before here it was a few times a year. Where are you - I'll move tomorrow. I did have an occassion to deal with Colonial corporate and hope to never have to do that again - the regional, Warren, was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it.

I've only lived here 9mo but i completely agree with everything said above. We are looking to move out ASAP.

Warren is a jack**s. I know him from another property. Suzy is in way over her head...I can't believe that they put her in charge of SUGARLOAF! She's white trash...hence the change in people. She can't manage her staff...hence the grounds.
