I have been here over a year & have quickly watched the decline!!! I moved here because of the gate & call in system for guests which I thought was a great security feature & well now EVERY SINGLE PERSON WANTING TO COMMIT A CRIME CAN FEEL FREE TO COME HERE !!! The gate has been inoperable for over 3 months...utterly ridiculous!! If the current gate/security cannot fix it...FIND ANOTHER COMPANY like I plan to find another apartment complex to live!!! The office phone has been totally out of service on two occasions I am aware of & you call, leave a message and only find out their phones are broken because you go to the office pissed that your request has not been followed up on!!! No signs posted "PHONES OUT OF SERVICE..." that would be too much like an apartment management staff that cares!!! For the amount of rent they should be ashamed of themselves & they give Colonial Grand... a bad reputation. You cannot enjoy the pool included in your rent because families from other neighborhoods and/or guests of residents flood our pools.
