It's getting worse everyday.

First of all the pool has been dirty since the day it had been open. Theres not enough chairs for people b/c there are literally 15 kids from other apts coming to are pool and taking over. You would think that the front office would notice that these 8-15 year kids are there alone they would say something to them but I guess the front office dosent have any windows to see whats going on outside. Before they had rules that your balcony had to be clean. no people are using them as storage and to hang their towels.it looks trashey. For the money I pay for a 1 bedroom I dont think the qaulity of the apt is up thier. I hear colonial grand is elling the place because they cant pick it back up anyways....I need to move.
