I have been here 3 years & was happy at first. As mgmt changed & changed again it continued to get worse!! The security gate is a joke!! It has been more open (broken) than closed & the offcie offers lame excuses(security people cannot get out b/c they have many clients!) NOT MY PROBLEM!! The pool is a neighborood pool!! Everyone & their mother that resides NOT at CG@S can use our pool. I no longer go b/c 20-30 unattended children at a pool is not my thing. Abandoned cars must be a commodity. I have complained about that (since they park in the front spots) & nothing is done. Graffiti has appeared on our buildings. I have complained about that as well. How do you show apts in a building where explicit words are written''!! Party days are Friday & Saturday from 10pm-6am where building 1500 can have 50 people & LOUD music!! Gwinnett police are here EVERY week!! Oh & we supposedly have a Courtesy Officer that patrols. If anyone sees him please let us know!!

OMG I am supposed to move to this complex at the end of April I was originally given 722 then I needed to change move in date and now given apt 912, however the mgr called and asked if I would switch to apt 1511 apparently bldg 1500 is not very popular. I saw the apts and did not see any graffitti, I don't think it can be as bad as were I am in Clayton County (drug, roach, and rat infested!!!

building 1500,1600,1700 are bad the kid are runing the complex.So you said that it is not bad as clayton county, you live ther now how is it now.

I've been here for 5 months and was not even aware we were supposed to have a courtesy officer at the property...what does that tell you.
