Do not waste your time. Office staff treats everyone like low-life scum. This is very insulting considering that many well educated people live there. Rates change constantly. This complex has tried to cheat me out of money more times than I can count. If you are looking for a nice place to live with respectable representatives, do not live in this apartment complex. Awful awful awful. Do not even waste your time.

Hi I am a floridian born and raised. And i was planning on maybe moving up there..my husband is from riverdale county and wanted to move back but I didnt like the area.. I remeber staying at these apartments for vacation my uncle was renting while his house was being built in Swaunee...I absolutely loved it I thought it was so beautiful..i wasnt use to the surroundings...I am hearing bad reviews about this place..do you know of any other places similar to this perhaps somewhere near atlanta?? or in the area where my husband is from Riverdale/ fulton county?????
