Don't move here if you're looking for security

The Colonial Grand is nice if you like living in the ghetto. I've lived here 5 months and since then I think the gate has worked for about 2 weeks. A lady was mugged in the breezeway and about four months ago and another residents car was spray painted. My car was broken into about a month ago. Today when I was walking out to my car I notice that 2 cars had their windows smashed out and both of their cd players were gone. After 4 months they finally fixed a hole in the fence by covering the fence with grease. But subsequently the barbwire was torn off the fence and kids just climb over it now. To get into the pool, fitness center, and laundry room your supposed to need a key card, but in the last 2 months none of them have worked. So basically anyone can walk in. The electricity in the management office has also shorted out before and one time I was in the fitness center and could not get out for an hour. The best part was when they told us they have a car wash. All their car wash consists of is a vacuum that doesn't work and a garden hose.
