I've just relocated from Alabama and discovered colonial grand through a friend which has resided here since 2001. Warm staff and welcoming environment. The assistant manager (Yuri) was great and very efficient in assisting us with our move. She was very knowleable on the community and it's surrounding. We have been living here since May 2009 and would recommend this place to all our friends and family members.
