Community going down

Durant is still somewhat a nice place to live but it is going down, fast. My car was broken into this morning. My radio was stolen and they went through my glove capartment and trunk. There is a different influx of people moving there and the dynamics of the area are changing. From taco stands being put up at the gas station in front of the complex to crime notices going out every time you turn around. I am ready to move fast! I loved it when I first moved here and so did all the people who referred it to me but it is changing fast. The leasing staff is nice but you can tell the community is heading down. They leave the gate open sometimes, I don't know what the reason for it is but it was left open last night and my car was rampled through.
They are also beginning to pay less attention to the fine touches within the community, the bricks are steadily falling of the trash compactor-this was a nice accent at first but I guess they won't repair it. I think little things like that lead to bigger things that are over looked within the community. I say keep the place up in all areas, and be selective of your tenants. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
