I am approching my second full year in this community and I can say that I am very pleased. I have not had any problem with pest and my neigherbors are quite for the most part. I enjoy the fact that the staff tries to establish a sense of community with various actitivies for children and adults alike. If I cannot find another community that can compare closer to my new employer I may decide to stick out the commute and stay. I have lived in a place where I cried when going home b/c the community was so nasty and the apartment was infested. Of course this is not a fairy tale and I wish the gate did not have to be open so much but I've taken the time to ask what is wrong and usually it is something major and they are working trying to get the gate closed immediately. So if the only thing I can complain about is the gate not being closed 90% of the time, then I can sleep peacefully.
