The maintenance team is the best thing this community has. They are considerate and solve problems quickly and completely. As someone else mentioned, the security gate is a huge problem. We were led to believe that it would provide a safer, limited access to the property. It in fact is broken for most full weekends and when it does work the general entry code has been given to just about anyone so provides little security. On two specific occasions I have witnessed drug deals in the parking lot in front of my building; the same parking lot where many children play during the daytime. Even minimal noises in the building's entryway can be heard inside the apartment.
