The front office manager assistant is a drunk..He was at the pool this week end on a friday and was providing everyone out there with alcohol. How are we as tenants supposed to respect the property if he doesnt. He could have drown in the pool due to intoxication. The conversation that he was having with the other tenants about sexual escapades with young girls and smoking pot was horrible and I had to get up and leave. The property is in deep trouble!!!!!!!

I feel that the enviornment should be protected and children see positive images in the apartment community not a lush in the office

I was at the pool last friday for the majority of the evening and did not notice a problem with anyone in particular. I have been a resident here for a year and a half. The current staff is extremly polite and significantly more effecient than the previous staff.

Its a real shame that a property that started with such grace and comfort has turned into such a disgraceful place to stay! This property has truely done a 360 and it truley has gone down hill! The current managment is very rude and inpersonal. They put off a terriable image all you see is the manager sucking down a cigarette and the assistant is a drunk and partying all the time with no regard to the image there portraying! The maintenance staff is very slack. They dont seem to know how to do half the work on the property and leave residents without AC for days! They ask for high rent but unwilling to have high standards. This property is in huge trouble and if they dont get ride of that staff quickly this property will be in a league of its own!!

I think what people do on there personal time is just that their personal business. As long as what is done during business hours is done in a respectful and timely manner let it be. Does this employee live on the property??? If so what is he supposed to do stay indoors at hours?

Yes I totally agree with the person before me and what their saying. I am about to be a resident at the durants and was at the leasing office on a few different occasions and met management. They were extremely courteous and very flexible with our situation. All of these people who love to judge other people for what they do and not for who they are, make me sick. Just because someone is taking advantage of their pool while having a drink doesn't give ANYONE the right to talk down upon the Durants and its management. I have lived in many apt. complex's and the byfar the Durants have been the most friendly, flexible, and affordable complex and management ive ever dealt with. All you goodie two shoes with your panties in a wad need to go back to the 1930's where you belong becuause if it shocks and appauls you to see your assistant manager drinking by the pool on his day off then you should try watching the five o clock news for 10 minutes.
