My family and I have been at this complex since 2006. When we moved in, our main contact was with ------------ who absolutely made a difference at this complex. Unfortunately, he left the company and I'm sure I'm not the first to say that he is terribly missed. Once he left...Everything changed. The grounds keeper for maintenance disappeared...new office staff was brought in with the new complex manager. To say that things have gone downhill...That's an understatement. It appears that the quality of people they are renting to has changed tremendously. Like....As long as you can pay the rent, you can come in. The grounds are not kept as nice, the noise levels from cars and neighbors...MAN! I don't know who designed the buildings, but they should be sued. I can hear my neighbors use the shower, go to the bathroom and...well I can hear EVERYTHING! (Use your imagination) Whenever I've called for issues or concerns, ----- has disputed my complaint and Ms. ------ sometimes seems 'put upon' when I ask questions. The staff just doesn't seem to care...PERIOD. I will be moving at the end of my lease....No doubt.
