I only lived there for 10 months. When my bf, 2 year old son, and I moved I moved in, everything wasn't going like I have requested like I told them not to do carpet cleaning because my son and I are allergic to common carpet cleaning chemicals and I explained to the lady at the office that I am having a friend of mine who owns his own business in cleaning carpets to do it at my cost. But guess what' They went ahead and hired someone to do it. I spent the whole week sick with my sick son with rashes all over our body and bad case of brochititis (sp). We let that slip by. The rent was nice. Until I noticed that we have a lot of night visits (roaches) in the kitchen, so I had to call the office to have the problem solved. They had a bug guy coming over and after that MORE and MORE roaches had came out. Its like OMG its from a horrible movie! So I had to call the office every f---ing week to have the guy to come over and spray. The problem had gotten worse. My son and I get sick every week after the termite services that leaded us to give up on calling the office, I have warned them that I would have no choice but to move out. We had to throw out over 600 dollars worth of electronic and toddler bed because of the egging and rotten wood damages by the termites. OMG I gotta tell you this. Everynight I would always have few roaches crawling under our pillows and sheets., and they are always inside the refridgator, freezer, coffee maker, con.toaster, can opener you name it oh yeah even all of our 3 t.v.'s any place where its warm. It was a major nightmare for us. I told the manager about that. She seems not....to...care..... so.. From all those many days of being sick and calling out sick from work cost me a decent job... I lost my job because of the apartment. On the last day living here I was cleaning up the apartment and I found the main home base where they resided INSIDE the refridgator(behind of it in the mounted door!)After we moved out and broke the lease.... and we got a letter saying we OWE them SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG! Whatever you do DO NOT ENTER the community!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived there for ten months. There is lousy playground with rotten wooden that have not replace for long time. They don't do pressure water wash apartment's vinyl sidings it has been there for long time with no washing. Their fitness center is not state of the art equipments. It's cheap equipment and keep away from kids it's dangerous. Pool Swimming is good but recommend not for kids there are too wild adults around pool swimming. Managements are bad team. Maintenance Service is just okay. Stairs are very dirty. Dumpster is very dirty. Gate has often problems. Too many vacant units there. Price for rent is pretty high. You can't choice cable service they choose directv not any cable service that u have no choice. You pay the bills for water and electric and sewerage and dumpster fee and utility fee and process fee and tax and service fee and adminration fee my estimated is reach 300 dollars a month that don't include cable or internet whoa alot money u have to pay for it. My recommended you not to moving in there. They are crazy on price rent is too highly. Crime is on the rise there.

I don't agree with the following people above. I have lived out here for years and there has never been a termite issue, neither have I experienced having any roaches. You must be a very uncleanly person. As far as the breezeways, mine is always clean. If yours isn't, it's because you and your nasty neighbors make it that way, which would account for you having roaches. If you are a filthy person, than the roaches are sure to come! Durant at Sugarloaf is a gorgeous apartment community. The office staff is unbelievably friendly. My utilities are never high and I like the fact that I can pay everything to the office. That makes it so convenient. After all, isn't that what people are looking for nowaday? Personally, I have and will continue to recommend my family, friends, and strangers to Durant at Sugarloaf. All I have to say about the people above is "MISERY LOVES COMPANY! GET A LIFE!"

no, thats where you are wrong, after 7 months since we moved out, we haven't been sick or seen any more of roaches. We took pictures during residing at the Durant apartment and gave the pictures to our lawyer, our case is still in progess and will be over shortly we have a winning case against them. I have saved all the papers we received from the apartment staff and terminator guy. I remember on the first day we moved in there were already roach eggs in the cabinets and top of cabinets where the fridge where we later found out the hill of dead and alive roaches were residing just shortly before we moved out and I was nice to notify Sarah Gravel, the manager of the apartments but later she treated us like a crap, which not just us she has been treating horribly I have several neighbors who said the same thing. So please care to explain why there are 95% of NO's to the rating of this aparment if you think you are being a wonderful tenant for years? Maybe you are one of the staff? or slept with one?
