I don't even know where to begin. I wish that I had read these apartment ratings before I moved in. I can't wait until my lease is up, I will be moving anyplace but here.

Let me start of by saying that I didn't realize that the Lawrenceville Police Department even had a SWAT team until I moved here. This place is drug infested. I've seen more raids than a little bit. I feel so unsafe here. It looks nice on the outside, but oh my God, I think that every household has at least three kids and three baby daddies that could bump heads on any given Sunday.

Never ever move here until you've seen this place in the middle of summer. Can you say Projects' If you're used to ghettofabulous living then this is the place for you. This might even be a come up.

The staff is oh so unprofessional. One in particular is the biggest b*tch, I've ever met. Why are you so mean to your tenants' They are nice until they get you into a lease which by the way is one of the longest and most bogus leases that you could ever sign, so preceed with caution.

I believe that they are working together with the city of Lawrenccville. Have you ever lived anywhere where your electricity is nearly 200.00 for an apartment' WTF'

The security here is a joke. The management here... I don't even know what to say about them so I won't. The only good thing that I can say is that the maintenance crew is pretty nice, but I'm not sure if they are supposed to be working in the states or not. Maybe that is why they are overly nice.

The walls are paper thin. DRUGS ARE EVERYWHERE. DON'T BRING YOUR KIDS HERE PLEASE!!!!!!!!! An the Oscar goes to the Greens at Hillcrest for "Let's look like a nice community". Like I said before, don't move here between the months of October-March, come visit when school is out and these sorry parents refuse to sign their beloved kids up for any type of camp.

This is soooooo true. I can't wait for my lease to be up either!!!!!!!!!! I hate this place, I have made numerous complaints regarding the rug-rats in this community. It seems to me that they will and have let just about anyone in here. When I told them that I didn't want to renew my lease they are trying to take me throught the ringer just to get out. Then they have the nerve to ask why I want to leave, HELLO, THIS IS THE GHETTOOOOOOOO!!! I don't even let my son go outside to play with those ghetto kids, they are rude and curse like sailors. The parents let them run around and hang outside until late at night, the on-site officer is a joke. I can't wait until next month when I can finally get the crap away from here. Yes, the homes are actually nice, well that was until I started seeing roaches crawling around, I can't take it anymore. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO PROJECTS.
