For those of you good people who still exsist out there who are like me who look for a nice place to call there home with little problems to have to deal with then this place is not for you. I did my homework, unfortunately, I see that some other's who did not do there homework before moving in.
I was referred to this property as I was having problems at another of there properties, which was Alexander Mill. Fortunately, we checked out this property countless times before making our decision where we would move to. Needless to say, we seen so many problems that occured while we did a drive-through to check out the community, especially after dark. Who has seen the TV Show COPS' Well, pretty much the times we drove through checking out the property, reminded me of the show COPS.
You honestly do not get to check out a unit during the time when you will expect to hear a majority of noise, because the office is closed.
Sad to say, I really would not recommend any of the properties that Signature Management has to offer. Before I moved to one of there properties, I remember pulling into Wal-Mart's parking lot and seeing this property and thinking to myself "wow those are nice townhome". I had assumed until I later found out that the property I had seen before appeared to be expensive, but I was wrong. Section 8 city, just like Alexander Mill is and other properties managed by Signature Management. If you are looking for a property that is reasonable, look for a property that does not accept any kind of housing assitance, such as Section 8, that is unless you can handle living in what we call "The Ghetto".
Don't be fooled by the properties appearance and don't allow the management staff in the leasing office or at Signature Management talk you into signing a lease and telling you "don't listen to those people who say negative things about us". Of course the management staff will not be honest with you, all they are looking for is to get all there units filled so they make money. Take it from those who know best, if they really cared about there properties and took pride in there properties and residents, you know they would do a much better job of screening potential residents before allowing them to dot there I's and cross there T's on the lease.
These parents who live and lease at these properties can careless where there kids go and what there children do. If the parents had any respect for there neighbors, half the problems you see would not happen.
Take a look at the management, I have yet to see one single person stay at the leasing office for more then 4 months at a time. What does that tell you. When you have problems and complaints, you will turn blue in the face before ever seeing your problem resolved.
My advice, cross off this property from your "potential" list, for places you are looking at to lease.
