"It's a wonderful day at Greens at Hillcrest", is exactly what you will hear when you call the office. Sure, it may be a "wonderful" day for those employees, because they know that they won't have to deal with the vast of problems that occur when they lock those office doors for the day.
I was one of the fortunate who scoped out the property before making my final decision to be suckered into another one of Signature Managements properties.
Do your homework and do it well before making a decision to sign a lease with ANY property ran by Signature Management. Sure, they doctor up there properties to make you believe "what a nice place to live", only to come to find out that it is there way to make it look like Beverly Hills, CA for those who are on Section 8.
If you have children and are looking for cheap daycare and really don't care who watches your child for yo while you are at work, then this place along with any other property from Signature Management is just for you. They offer free daycare, that is, the sidewalks, parking lot, playground and breezeways are all offered to you free of charge for daycare. For those of you who really do care about your children and who are good parents, then keep looking as this place isn't for you and neither are the many other properties offered by Signature Management.
If you don't mind drug dealing going on all ours of the day and night, if you don't mind loud music or noisy neighbors, if you don't mind not being able to sleep through the night and if you don't mind dealing with disrespectful management who turns there back on you, then Greens at Hillcrest is the place for you.
I once lived up at Alexander Mill and the regional manager had the nerve to refer me to what he said "a wonderful property". I had took a look, a good few times with my fiance' and decided that it was worth the extra money to find a nice well kept property where we can feel safe no matter what time of day.
Don't become Signatures Mangements next victom, you will regret ever having to find any property offered by Signature Mangement. Save yourself years of headache and stress and just keep looking.

Opinions are like -------s, everyone has one. The majority of people who post here are the ones who havent paid their rent and are mad because they are being kicked out. So read it with a grain of salt.

Hey Anonymous, you are right about opinions but, I don't live there and after visiting friends that do. Trust me the place is a roach infested filthy GETTO! and I do mean GETTO. It's like a rabbit hutch for low income single ladies of the night. Men drop in, Drop there load, and Drop out. The results arrive 9 months later and we have another social program user for the tax payers to support!

Not every one that is complaining here is late on their rent, majority of the people are low life acting people. They can do whatever they want and there is no adequate management no security. You think it is convenient because of the Super Wal Mart, but it's a hazard-----shopping carts everywhere. If I had it 2 do all over again it definetly wouldn't be Greens at Hill Crest. IF U LIKE STREET THEN IT'S 4 U.....STOP TRYING 2 PUT THE RESIDENTS N A BUCKET. IF MANAGEMENT DO THEIR JOB U COULD LIVE SECURE. THE TENANTS HAVE 2 PAY RENT EVEN IF IF DOES COME FROM THE GOVERNMENT. RESPECT WHERE YOU LIVE, WORK WITH MANAGEMENT ONCE THEY FIND ONE THAT WANTS 2 WORK. THERE IS NO STRUCTURE, AND THEY R DESPERATE 4 TENANTS SO THEY JUST LET WHOMEVER N. OTHERS R TRAPPED SO THEY WON'T LET U GO UNLESS U WANT A MESSED UP RENTAL HISTORY. BE ADVISED DON'T COME IF U R CONSIDERING GREENS @ HILLCREST N LAWRENCEVILLE.
