I moved to these townhomes with the intent of a new start while It turn out to be roach infested. The staff are unprofessional and laugh about the fact that I had to sleep with roaches . they promised me to spray and have never sprayed. I moved from another stated not knowing that the city of Lawrenceville will charge up to 800.00 to turn your utilities on. the staff never informed me of that fact. The manger destiny is very mean and unkind. She sill rush you off the phone if you have problems once you have moved into the apratments. The apartsments are nice in the front of the office,if you notice they only water the grass i the front and plant flowers in the front. I think these could be nice homes if the staff were different. Many of the town homes are roach infested. Beware. Please contact the city of lawrenceville for the number of burglaries in the units. Please beware. They also charge 200.00 for attorney if your late in addition to 75.00 late charge. Beware.
