First of all, I am NOT a resident of this complex. I went in to ask for some information, and I had to wait for the woman in the office to finish her phone conversation (obviously not with another customer) for about 5 minutes. Then she gave me a brochure and told me the prices. I then had to stand there for 20 minutes while she ran around dealing with other people in the office, and trying to close up for the day. She finally asked one of the maintenance people to show me the model apartment. The maintenance guy told me to ride with him in his personal car (which smelled like cigarettes and McDonald's). As soon as we got there, he rushed through the showing and wanted to leave quickly. I didn't even get to see a majority of the apartment. We were probably in there for about 5 minutes. On the way to and from the model, I noticed a few things. We passed several groups of people (mostly men) standing around in the parking lots and on sidewalks. There were also children running around everywhere you looked. The apartments and townhomes looked nice in the front of the complex, but they looked more like the projects towards the back.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, and I was only there for about 30 minutes. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I'am a resident and you are totally right--I wish I had done more research before I moved in--I'm presently looking to buy my first home. I have called the police several times kids fight with knives, hitting parked cars with footballs--it is a total mess there. This is a New management company but they are as bad as the last ones--they need to get rid of the whole leasing office including maintenance and get more professinals.
