Flood Damage Noone wants to cover

Gwinnett place apartments is know owned by greystar communities my car has gotten flooded and deemed a lost! 2004 chrysler sebring convertible. storm drains were covered due to the excessive straw placed by the complex. Noone wants to be found liable for the damages incurred if anyone have had this problem before in the past please email me mia@jewelrybymiaj.com. Thanks

When everything start you did not notice it when all that was starting, why you did not call maintenance!, it was kind of your fault don't you think!

This is when sweetwater road flooded also, I rememeber this. The road was closed for 3 months or so. Now you can see where the county made drainage and a bridge with rocks. This was acts of nature and the county not fixing sweetwater road.
