If you a looking for a great community that is quite and safe then I would say this is the place for you. No matter where you live you are going to run into problems here and there but their staff really trys to make things great for you. They go out of their way to make things right. All the resident are as nice as can be in is like coming home to all your friends.

I just wanted to post a response here as I lived on this property before my current nightmare of a property. I really loved the community there and had absolutely no problems until I was ready to move out. My situation was a little bit frustrating at that point. We needed a bigger apartment but the waiting list was so long it would be too long to get another one on the property. So my husband and I posed the issue to Melissa, who had always been super and she was supposed to get back to us on our options re: breaking the lease. However, the next step we get a deputy walking up to our door with a disposesary notice. We were shocked and asked the deputy who said the living situation is all wrong for county ordinance and he recommended us just leaving and moving into a bigger apt. So we began this process during which Melissa is still inquireing to us our plans and we told her we were being evicted and she knew this and instead of telling us that we couldn't get out of the lease without paying the remaining 1 months rent..she put this into motion so she knew what we were doing. I hold no grudge against her but it could have been handled differently. My husband had just came back from the Military early due to an injury and we were living in a one bedroom apt with my 1 yr. dd. This was anything but ideal and we addressed this with management but instead of responding to us they evicted us and then proceeded to take further legal action for the remaining balance they thought we owed which was incorrect. I had paid a $300 pet deposit yet they were still trying to charge me for cleaning bill--and might I say the apartment was cleaner when I moved out than in, with the exception of the carpet due to having a new puppy but that is what the pet deposit was for. Anyway, just wanted to respond that other than them not liking to confront the situation my living experience there was great. I would recommend this place to others but be careful when you are ready to move out.
