Yes i have a very big issue about the manager Melissa Lynn. I simply let her know that I was moving from apt. She received my letter on the first of november, 2005. Melissa called me on my cell phone that afternoon and asked me was i just planning on bailing out without paying 1118.00 I told her I didn't think that the apt was worth it.I am moving out of town to find a better job. Which I am moving out of the state,back home with my father. I told her after that, if i am going to pay i will. I told her that I didn't want to argue or anything with her.So towards the end of the conversation which was only about the money she being Melissa told me that i thought the world revolded around me and hung up the phone. I payed a full months rent of 559.00 per month and a security deposit of 559.00 before i moved in. Those apts are very old and really need to fixed on. But anyway that is all I have to say. Yes i am very upset that she approached me that way.I was truly going to find a way to pay the money but with a manager like that. When I first moved there she told me a lot of people left there,I see why those apts are not tooken care of. I have seen better looking apts in that same area for the same amount of money. My main complaint is that she should never approached me that way, I put in my notice and that was it.
