The complex is old and so is the inside of the apartment, but it's not like you don't notice that when you are visiting. Just be aware that with an old building, things will fall off, break, or crack. There are a lot of ants, not fire ants or anything, just those annoying tiny ants. Other than that, I had no bug problems. I LOVE my neighbors. Everyone there was really friendly once I got to know them. They are the only reason I wanted to stay. The location is also fantastic. You are close to everything. The grounds are not really dirty, and maintenance tries their best to fix any problems. I didn't have too many incounters with the staff, which you could look at as good or bad... The only time I felt screwed by them was when they didn't give me a courtesy notice that I had to write a letter saying I was moving out 30 days before I was.. so I had to pay an extra month.
