I moved into herrington mill apts back in December of 2004 and there was hardly anyone living here yet, I moved here because it was a good rental rate and it seemed quiet. After a few months, management changed and they wiped out all the people that were currently working in the office. Now I am scared for mine and my childrens lives to be here i have 3 children and i am not an employee or ex employee of this company, im not out to get anyone i just want people to know what theyre getting into, if they move here, there are sex offenders living here, my boyfriends car was stolen 3 months ago among other car break-ins, my neighbor upstairs had an armed robber KICK her door in at 4 o'clock in the morning and put a shotgun to her and her husbands head and stole all theyre money while her 2 year old daughter lay sleeping next to them,(this was just last week) my neighbor across the building had someone jump theyre balcony, and break into they're home robbing all they're things, there is gang activity, spray paint on the walls by the playground, drug dealers in the street, accidents that occur from people driving to fast through the complex, loud music, people fighting all the time, strange men wandering around in the night,a taxi driver was robbed coming in here, the trash does pile up to the top of the outside wall for days before they clean it, the maintenence men put everything off till the last minute and are rude and underskilled for they're job, there never is any parking, i have to park on the curb or walk two blocks to my apartment, garages are always full and management never calls anybody on the waiting list, the gates are always broken, my own family is scared to come visit me here! and on top of it all, management FIRED the police officers that were living here, because they wouldnt hand out eviction notices, which wasnt part of theyre job description to begin with, who likes to live in this kind of place' i dont know but anybody who cares for the safety of themselves and or theyre children would NOT rent an apartment here! its like a little Bronx or something right here in Lawrenceville GA! Im moving out next month, when my lease is up, this is absolutly INSANE! Im losing allot of sleep over it, and management will tell you its not theyre problem! you be the judge, you were warned.
