I have been living at Herrington Mill apts in Lawrenceville, GA since they were built 2003.

I appreciated the fact that they were brand new and noone ever lived in the unit I rent. The grounds were clean, the staff was great. The neighbors that surrounded me were all super.

In the past year and a half I feel very very unsafe. I am not sure what the staff looks for in tenants. But now, I have a neighbor that I see sitting in his car with his grown son smoking crack. The police have been to their appt because of loud argueing. My son and his friend which are 10, tell me that they see used condoms on the ground. The grounds are unkept, the gate front and back is always broken.

This apartment complex USE TO BE VERY CLEAN AND SAFE. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Currently, I am searching myself.
