I moved in back in 2003 when the complex was still in constrcution. I plan on renewing my lease for 2007. I do have to admit when I first moved in the complex was great but as more and more people starting to move in it started to go downhill, epecially in my building. They stopped pressure washing, offering lease renwal incentives and the parking was awful!!!. But all in all the complex was great. When I transferred to another building everything was fine. The ONLY complaint that I have is that my neighbors above me are extremely LOUD and fight all the time. Staff is good. I have no maintenance complaints. I've came home all times of the day and night and I've never seen anyone smoke crack or just consider the parking lot a place to hang out. i have smelled weed coming from my neighbors apt but that's about it. Anyone who comes to visit me loves my apt and the area. I do have to confess: The back gate has been broken since 2005 and never fixed. Just remember when living in an apt community you have to deal with people with all types of living habits... just keep that in mind
