Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Concerns
-Carpet Cleaning person left door unlocked for eight hours... Apt manager still has not returned calls 5mnths later
-Upstairs neighbor's dog went potty and came down on balcony... management would never powerwash
-Noisy, ignorant neighbors... management unavailable
-Broken Gate
-Drug Dealer Neighbors
-Pet Owners will not clean up doggy poop on lawn
-Security officer... noisy neighbors aren't his concern
-Parking permits given but never enforced
-When originally moved here, apt management attempted to move family into handicapp apt though no one in family was handicapp... clear violation of Disability Act
-Leasing consultants/Maintenance try to be nice, only can do what assistant & management allows
-Nice apartments; Horrible Atmosphere and Experiences if you are used to living pleasantly
DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE ME!!!
