I have lived here for 2 years and I just re-signed the lease. I do agree that the back gate has been broken for a VERY long time. But I hate the gates so I dont care about that! The trash is piled up and the office employees leave early. The maintence men suck! My stove was broken for like 5 months and all it needed was a new thermostat. My bf figured out what was wrong with it and had to tell them bc they kept saying the fixed it but everytime I cooked it got burnt! AQlso my toilet kept running and the said the fixed it so finally my bf just went and bought the part and fixed it himslef.Once again the maintence men suck! The people that work in the office are nice and polite to me though. I do agree that there are aleways people outside but I have never seen anyone doing drugs. Nor have I heard about any car break ins or apt break ins. Also I have never seen any rats. I am worrie dnow though after reading about the sex offenders.

IM QUITE SURE YOUR BF FIXED THE STOVE . CF. YOUR THE ONLY COMPLAINING ABOUT MAINTENACE. WE LIKE THE MAINTENANCE STAFF BECAUSE THOSE ARE SOME GOOD GUYS. MAYBE ITS YOU F----. UP ATTITUDE .
