Than Herrington "THUG" Apartments.

Noise was a constant problem, primarily because of the basketball court that should be torn down, to keep the undesirables out...The people in the leasing office did not seem to care to fix any of the problems that were happening there. Things were so bad at one point, that even the Courtesy office quit because he didn't wanna deal with the trashy people anymore...and I couldn't blame him in the least!
