HORRIBLE! I lived here for 3 years and the 1st year was ok but the last two and epsecially this last one was terrible. There are teens hanging out in the parking lot at all times of the night and one even threw something at my boyfriend and told him that it was his hood and he better watch his back. I would not recommend this to anyone! Also maintenance SUCKS! My stove was broken for 6 months and they kept telling me is wasnt and the trash compactor ALWAYS has trash sitting on the sidewalk! Oh and there is NEVER anywhere to park near your apartment. DONT LIVE HERE! Its the future projects of Gwinnett County.
