Herrington mill apts used to be a nice community back 5yrs ago,now not anymore management changed a couple of times and they have been renting to low lifes,pot heads while the good hard working tenants are leaving every weekend do to their lack of doing something,here is what i have experienced here:Teens(they look like perhaps around their 20's)sitting at any time in the stair case smoking drinking,whenever i come back from work at night i would find empty bottles of liquor or beer on the stairs,this is unacceptable,i believe we have many drug dealers living in here so i would not recommend this apts to a family,i work at night shift so i sleep during the day and guess who is my alarm clock,those neighbors who live upstairs that are yelling screaming speaking the hood language next to my door,by the way we have "security" more like a joke because they never do their job they can walk right pass a kid smoking pot and do nothing,so i think thats a waste of money for management they should hired an actual cop,not to even mentioned once cops were looking for a drug dealer even with a helicopter so yea thats not nice to see specially when your coming back from working hard,oh and parking is horrible if you come after 10pm you can never find a spot near your building,tenants living in a 2 bedroom with 4 cars another issue but management doesnt really care about it,so yea if you like the hood with pot heads go for this it will be your dream complex as for me im leaving by nov i cant wait!
