I signed a leasing agreement with Herrington Woods on my lunch hour, only to return home that evening finding roaches crawling from the cabnets, inside the burner on the stove and even dead inside the refrigerator. I borrowed some raid from the next door neighbor who also informed me that it's been an on going problem. My son had just underwent open heart surgery which is why I requested to either be moved to a different unit or released from my lease because as we slept that evening roaches were crawling on our blanket, I was told neither was an option. Now their sueing me for 3,000 plus dollars because I moved the next day can you believe that' they claim it's because the Orkin man comes once a week all they did was put down some killa Roacha traps that looked like chocolate so my child would eat it and die.
