Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have lived here for over a year and the experience has not been all that bad. The complex is in a decent location and the prices are very low; however the reason for the low prices is that the management caters to low income families. I would recommend it only to first time renters and individuals who can't afford a better location.
