We signed a lease in the summer of 2005 for one year. We should have known better than to sign the lease with all the problems we faced prior to signing the lease. I had to return to the office six times because they kept requesting more information from me to get me approved. I have excellent credit, but they treated me as though they were doing me a favor by letting me move into their complex. Since we signed the lease, we have had nothing but problems from the office staff. Although I told the manager in the office from the beginning that the rent check and the water bill check would be paid from two different accounts, every month they threaten not to accept my rent check, which will make the rent payment late and force me to pay late fees. I am now in the process of writing a termination of lease letter to these inept people.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT MOVING INTO THIS COMPLEX. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
