I live here & I dont know about most of the stuff I've read. First of all the cvomplex is right next to an elementary school! So we all know that law enforcement doesnt play around around school zones. Rampant Drugs' I havent seen it. It's kind of quiet at night. Im in a townhouse rental and like most townhouses the walls arent soundproof so you hear things. But honestly this is what you get when you rent. You want total Peace & quiet buy a home. Yes the leasing agents arent always around so use the drop box. There are some real exaggerations on here so people please get your own opinion.
