Herrington Woods is not pricey at all, however there are major issues that occur in the neighborhood. Yes, it is located next to a school, unfortunately that means NOTHING.There ARE drugs sold within the complex so obviously law enforcement or whom ever is not doing their job. I know because I have seen it conducted in my building(it has been reported and still, nothing has been done). It is a quiet area at night however during the day it is noisy. Children often play unattended in the street. Maintenance is slow to repair problems within apartments. The office staff is SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL(with the exception of Karen). I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. I am very shocked at how they conduct themselves. Before you move in, they are the "nicest" people ever however when you have moved into the complex and are settled in, they ignore you. My suggestion to anyone who is looking to reside in Herrington Woods is to not entertain the thought of it. There are other communities that are nicer, cleaner, and appreciate their residents. I am looking forward to moving out of Herrington Woods once my lease has ended.....
