I have been living here for quite some time. I have not needed maintenance for many things, but each time that I have called or put in an electronic request, they have come the next day. I had A-C go out on a 90 degree plus afternoon, and it was fixed the following day. There are times when I hear minimal noise from neighbors, but it is not very often. The office staff has been kind and courteous with each encounter. Overall Holland Park has been a very good experience.
