Management are a bunch of crooks

I lived in LS for almost five years. At first it was an excellent place to live. But after the first three years they raised current resident's rents up $275 a month on less than a year. They ran off all their good maintenence crew and replaced them with what looked like day labor workers.
The final straw when I moved out was the charges for repainting and carpet repairs. The carpet was over 6 years old and they complained the stairs were worn out...
THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE CARPET WHEN SOMEONE MOVES OUT----IT IS THE LAW.
Like the other guy I had a collection agency contact me six months after I moved out wanting money for apartment repairs. To make matters worse the collection agency is just as crooked as Lake Sweetwater. They have resubmitted the claim on my credit report(s) every year since.(Which is illegal btw)
I wonder how much the management of Lake Sweetwater would appreciate it if someone got a hold of their SSNs and did the same bogus thing to them. They would deserve it. Losers.
