I think we got a great deal on our aprartment. However, The pool is severly nasty, and the workout room literally has cobwebs on the equipment. There was a few cars that were stolen and broken into as well. If you move here, you have to make sure you document thuroughly things that are wrong with the apartment. You can also smell pot around the apartments. Again, I think we got a good deal for our money, but dont expect much else.
