I lived at Lake Sweetwater for 2 years and enjoyed it. Yes, I would not walk around at night by myself, but that is because it is GWINETT county. It really had nothing to do with the apartments. I lived on the top floor in a one bedroom and had no problems asking my neighbors to be quieter or to take the pary inside if they were on their balcony late at night. Nothing ever happened to my apartment or my car.
As for the person with the twelve children and not receiving their mail. I just don't know where to start. Perhaps you should have contacted the postal service and not the management at Lake Sweetwater...
The apartments are older and there are a lot of apartments which mean you will have a varity when it comes to tenants. However, they do offer two swimming pools, a nice sand volleyball court, three entrances and a very pretty environment. Apartments are not known for their privacy or for the solitude of owning a home. Apartments are a starting point to obtaining a future home. Good luck and stop complaining about issues you can handle yourself.
