Lake sweetwater is a hole in the wall. The apartments are spacious but the buildings are falling apart. The exterior is so rundown, the paint is peeling, The landscaping leave much to be desired and the place in a whole is just digusting, I cant wait to get out of here. Rent elsewheres you will get more for your money
