I lived at Lake Sweetwater for almost a year. It was very unpleasant. Parties all the time, noise, loud cars, people outside my windows. However, I left early because someone tried to abduct my daughter. While she was playing in the pool, a man approached her, and I noticed he was talking to her. When he exposed himself to her, I grabbed her, ran to the apartment, got my things, and went to my mother's house. I refused to go back there when they harbor child molesters and vermin. That place is NOT SAFE. And the management did NOTHING about it. Other than to say that they have no control over what goes on in the "recreational areas." Those women should be shot. Take it from a single mother. If you move there, you're asking for trouble.
