When I signed my lease at Lake Sweetwater, my friends warned me that I was making a mistake. I was just desperate I guess. Divorce, and all. But I should've listened to them. I can take care of myself, and all, but when you have to prop a chair against the door out of fear for your life, it's a sign that things are bad. God, I'm glad I had enough sense to leave that place.
