Gross and disgusting

I drove through to see what the place is like, it was around 7pm on a weekeday. Kids running allover the parking lot on skateboards and playing basketball, also rididg skooters. I know this would have been a major problem , Not to mention the landscaping was nasty and I noticed the exterior of the buildings were very shabby. So I will continue too look somewhere else
